IREC 2023 - International Real Estate Challenge
Milan is hosting at the Politecnico di Milano - Campus Leonardo, thanks to the support of Colliers Italia and the patronage of RICS Europe (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), the international event IREC 2023 (International Real Estate Challenge) the Real Estate business game, organised by REC (Real Estate Center) - Master REM XXVI ed. of the ABC Department of the Politecnico di Milano in partnership with:
Ankara University, Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas), Czech Technical University, Technological University Dublin, Slovak University of Technology
IREC involves around 50 students from 6 countries, who face each other in teams, based on a real case: a company decides to open a new headquarters in a European city.
What is the best location? What is the best building?
The cities involved are: Ankara, Barcelona, Bratislava, Breda, Dublin, Istanbul, Milan and Prague.

The REC (Real Estate Center) research group of the ABC department of the Politecnico di Milano is proud to be the coordinator of IREC in Milan also for this edition, in this challenging period.
