⚠️ Foreign educational qualification
Candidates declared successful who have obtained the required educational qualification abroad must submit it to the Presidency before the employment contract is signed, failing which they will forfeit their right to enter into the contract.
The qualification must be submitted in the original or as a certified copy, duly legalized and accompanied by a certified or sworn translation, except in the specific cases of exemption provided for by applicable regulations. In countries that are parties to the Hague Convention, legalization is replaced by an Apostille.
For information and guidance on the legalization of foreign educational qualifications, please consult the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, CIMEA and the Hague Convention website.
