Election of Addresses Coordinators and Study Course Coordinator for Triennium 2025-2027
INDITION
Notice is hereby given that elections are called:
- of the Address Coordinator “Architettura e città/Architecture and urban design” of the Master's Degree Course in Architecture LM-4 (Milano campus)
- of the Address Coordinator “Architettura e spazio interno/Architecture and interior space” of the Master's Degree Course in Architecture LM-4 (Milano campus)
- of the Address Coordinator “Architettura e patrimonio costruito/Architecture, built environment and heritage” of the Master's Degree Course in Architecture LM-4 (Milano campus)
- of the Address Coordinator “Architettura e ambiente/Architecture and environment” of the Master's Degree Course in Architecture LM-4 (Milano campus)
and, to follow:
the election of the Coordinator of the ‘Architecture’ LM-4 Master's Degree Course (Milan campus).
FOR THE ELECTION OF ADDRESS COORDINATORS:
1. ACTIVE ELECTORATE
The Address Coordinator is elected by the members of the Address Council (faculty and student representatives, if any) from among the faculty members of the Council who submit their candidacy. Lecturers are defined as, first-rank and second-rank professors and researchers (university researchers, including fixed-term researchers) of the University, who hold teaching positions within the address.
Elections are conducted by secret ballot. Each voter has the right to vote for no more than one name. The participation of at least one-third of the eligible voters is required for the elections to be valid. In case of invalid elections, the elections shall be repeated only once and shall be valid regardless of the number of voters. The person with the highest number of valid votes shall be elected. In the event of an equal number of votes, seniority in terms of age shall be taken into account.
2. PASSIVE ELECTORATE
Electoral eligibility is reserved for address members who ensure not less than the number of years of service prior to termination of service.
FOR THE ELECTION OF THE SUDIO COURSE COORDINATOR:
1. ACTIVE ELECTORATE
The Course Coordinator is elected by the members of the Course Council (lecturers and student representatives, if any) from among the lecturers who are members of the Council itself and who have been appointed Course Coordinators and who submit their candidature. Lecturers are understood to mean, first-rank and second-rank professors and researchers (university researchers, including those on fixed-term contracts) of the University, who hold professorships within the CCS.
Elections are held online by secret ballot. Each voter has the right to vote for no more than one name. The participation of at least one third of the eligible voters is required for the elections to be valid. In the event of invalid elections, the elections are repeated only once and are valid regardless of the number of voters. The person with the highest number of valid votes shall be elected. In the event of an equal number of votes, seniority shall be taken into account.
2. PASSIVE ELECTORATE
Electoral eligibility is reserved for faculty members who ensure not less than the number of years of service prior to termination of service.

The convocation is sent to those entitled by e-mail.
The communication indicates the calendar of the procedures for the election of the Address Coordinators and for the election of the Coordinator of the Course of Study Council in Architecture.

Applicants wishing to propose their candidature should send
the completed and digitally signed application form

copy of identity document
to the Secretariat of the Presidency of the School of Architecture Urban Planning Construction Engineering by e-mail to the e-mail address: presidenza-auic@polimi.it according to the following deadlines:
For the election of Address Coordinators: by noon on Tuesday 15/05/2025.
For the election of the Course Coordinator in Architecture: by noon on Monday 9/06/2025

The public debate for the presentation of the candidates' programs will be held in mixed mode according to the following schedule:

CALENDARIO DELLE VOTAZIONI
FOR THE ELECTION OF ADDRESS COORDINATORS:
Voting operations shall begin at 9 a.m. on 27/05/2025 and shall continue intermittently until 3 p.m.
Voting operations shall begin at the close of voting.
Voting shall be valid if at least 1/3 of those entitled to vote vote vote. In case of invalidity, the election will be repeated on 29/05/2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and will be valid regardless of the number of voters.FOR THE ELECTION OF THE SUDIO COURSE COORDINATOR:
Voting operations will begin at 9 a.m. on 24/06/2025 and will continue until 3 p.m.
Voting operations shall begin at the close of voting.
Voting shall be valid if at least 1/3 of those entitled to vote vote vote. In case of invalidity, the election will be repeated on 26/06/2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and will be valid regardless of the number of voters.
RESULTS OF VOTING AND PROCLAMATION OF THOSE ELECTED
The results of the voting are declared by the President of the Electoral Commission.
Voting records are transmitted immediately, at the end of the polling operations and, in any case, no later than 24 hours, to the General Directorate - Staff Service for General Affairs and Institutional Regulations for the purpose of issuing the appointment measure.
