The seminar deals with the issue of Social Housing in Milan, through the presentation of the design and project for the recovery of a complex of five unfinished and abandoned buildings to be allocated to affordable housing. The intervention program was promoted by REDO s.g.r. Benefit Society with the objectives of improving urban quality, promoting new lifestyles and social inclusion, and pursuing high environmental sustainability criteria. The conceptual and architectural design was developed by Studio Barreca & La Varra, the technical project by  D&D Engineering, Architecture and Project Management.
