The School has activated a Trouble Ticketing system, in place of the e-mail address.
Trouble Ticket is a signaling request for a problem that can be sent by every student, by clicking on one of the listed types, without time restrictions.
The service is active 24/7 (the resolutions of the problems are provided during office hours).
The answers are notified by e-mail to the institutional e-mail.
The closed tickets, or the ones in procedure, can be found in the “My requests”, accessed from the personal page of on-line services.
